Refund Policy

NeoMoto — Refund Policy (No Returns / Made-to-Order)

No returns / no refunds:
Because NeoMoto products are custom-made upon ordering, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order is placed and confirmed.

Order changes & cancellations:
Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed, as production may begin quickly. Contact us immediately with your order details. If processing/production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (an unboxing video, is a must for instant verification and faster replacements). If verified, we’ll provide an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement, or missing parts, depending on the case.
 
Shipping delays:
Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to product availability and potential restocking delays (see Shipping Policy). Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.

NeoMoto — Shipping Policy (India + International)

Order processing (made-to-order):
NeoMoto products are custom-made upon ordering. Certain popular products would be in stock and certain ones would be custom made upon order confirmation. Processing/production begins after successful payment and order confirmation.
 
Delivery timelines (after dispatch):
Delivery timelines are estimates and are counted after dispatch (not from the order date). We aim to deliver within the timelines stated below.

Domestic (India)

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days


International Delivery timelines vary by destination, carrier service levels, and customs clearance. We’ll share tracking and an estimated delivery window after dispatch.

Product availability, restocking & delays:
All delivery timelines are subject to product availability. Prices are subject to change depending on market availability of parts. No prior intimation would be given before an order is placed. Prices at the time of order confirmation would be final. If a product (or required materials/components) is unavailable and needs restocking, dispatch and delivery may be delayed. We may contact you with an updated dispatch estimate.
Delays may also occur due to factors outside our control (courier disruptions, weather, strikes, address issues, remote-area servicing, or customs holds for international shipments).

Duties, taxes & fees (international):
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the destination country or courier.

Address accuracy & failed deliveries:
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable phone number. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address details or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.
